This was my first time buying musical Christmas cards. The price is fantastic. The cards are awesome, top-notch quality, and the service was excellent from the moment I ordered to when they arrived. I’ll surely be buying again!

I've purchased a couple of the musical cards and I must say, they are amazing!! Both were gifts for my granddaughters, and I honestly couldn't have picked anything nicer. The service was quick, they were packaged nicely, and they're just gorgeous. Now I'm wondering if I should share this find with my friends, since they'd totally adore them, or keep the secret of these fabulous cards to myself? Hmmmm!

This is the first time I’ve dropped £8 on a card, but let me tell ya, it was totally worth it! Not just a beautiful pop-up card for a Golden Wedding anniversary, but the customer service was top-notch too. I kinda waited until the last minute to order, after struggling to find a decent card in stores, so I reached out to see if they could ship it fast. They actually sent it out the same day! It showed up this morning, and I’m super happy with it.

My son was absolutely thrilled with his one-of-a-kind card for his 18th birthday! The quality, design, and packaging were top-notch!

Royal Mail has been having a tough time in our area, what with staff shortages and folks being out sick from Covid. They pushed back the emailed delivery date to the next day, but that was all good since my son was sleeping in! So, just a tip: maybe give yourself an extra day or so when ordering?

I ordered a mug for a special gift, but it showed up with a big chip missing. The only thing that impressed me was how well it was packaged, but that didn’t matter much since the item was clearly sent out defective. When I reached out to the company, their attitude was just plain awful. They offered to send a replacement, but they didn’t seem to understand that it was a gift, which made it super awkward when the recipient had to let me know about the damage.

The customer service was below par, and because of that, I can’t recommend buying from this site. You’d think they’d be embarrassed, but they acted like it was no big deal. Plus, it was obvious that the item wasn’t checked before shipping, or if it was, they still sent it out damaged. I really suggest that potential buyers look for alternatives.

I’ve found the same mugs available from bigger, more reliable companies at a lower price, and they come with guarantees. While I’d love to support smaller businesses, I value quality, good service, and items that are in perfect shape. I did get a refund, but it felt more like a pity gesture than anything else.

Overall, it was a waste of time and money, and I felt pretty embarrassed because of ‘love Kate’s’ shockingly low standards. So, my take? Just steer clear!

Even though we faced some problems with Royal Mail, we received our items in just 72 hours and shipping was on the house. The gifts were well-packaged and of great quality! You can tell a lot of care went into every part of the process. I picked up a variety of things, including some sale items, and I'm really happy with my purchase. I'll definitely return!

Awesome customer support and speedy shipping. The slippers I got are nice and cozy, but man, those soles are super thin—feels like I'm walking on air. I prefer a sturdier sole so I don’t feel every little stone underfoot. Really let down by this, and I think it ought to be mentioned in the product details.
